• 1-Year Contractual Position, renewable based on performance.

• At least 1 year of experience working in a local NGO, sales, or a related field.

• Motorbike license/ownership preferred but not mandatory.

• Must have basic computer skills — Email, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard family members — especially women — of international remittance sender migrant workers in the regions of Chattogram, Feni, and Cumilla as users of our financial platform, according to the target number.

• Collect user data and usage pattern information as per the prescribed format.

• One-year project-based position, renewable based on performance.

• Submit weekly reports and maintain regular performance updates.

• Facilitate training sessions and activities necessary to achieve user targets.

• Must be able to travel frequently within the assigned region.
