Job Context:
∎ Babuland Ltd is a fast-growing chain of indoor playgrounds (Amusement Sector) catering to the growing need for children’s play space in Bangladesh. We have 4 branches currently in Dhaka with a nationwide rollout plan in the next 3 years.
∎ We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for searching new business opportunities and franchise dealing. Selected candidate will receive abundant career growth opportunities here based on his/her potential at Babuland Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand new market area, find a franchise or Dealer and increase the sales volume.
∎ Screen potential franchisees / Dealer by analyzing investment requirements, the potential of the franchisee, financials, franchisee experience and vision.
∎ Finalize the deal with the franchisee/Dealer by negotiating terms and conditions of the agreement.
∎ Manages key initiatives, projects and analysis to support the company and Franchise / Dealer priorities.
∎ New Business Development Tendering & Corporate Sales Opportunities in terms of Sales.
∎ To hunt opportunities for the business for optimum success.
∎ Maintain very good public relations with different offices and influential sectors.
∎ Forecast market demand or dealer demand and achieve sales targets.
∎ Traveling anywhere within the country to visit clients and attend corporate events.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Franchise restaurant marketing Knowledge will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge of the franchise business.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with dealer
Salary: Negotiable
