Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of Construction Business and market trends.
∎ Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Air-conditioning system of high rise building and facilities.
∎ Developing growth strategies and plans.
∎ Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
∎ Increasing client base by finding and developing new markets.
∎ Planning and executing new marketing initiative.
∎ Writing business proposal, developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ High-level of communication skills.
∎ The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Computer literate and must be excellent in MS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, MS PROJECT / PRIMAVERA.
