Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of B.Sc. in Mechanical/Automobile/Chemical Engineering. Additional qualification in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management and growth of the overall Lubricants sales - Industrial/ Retail & Reseller sales.
∎ Responsible for leading, managing and directing Sales process to achieve sales goals.
∎ Work with management to develop and implement sales strategy.
∎ Drive promotional activities.
∎ Identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stage of sales process.
∎ Conduct periodically staff management performance review. Maintenance of any capital assets provided by the company to customers for running of the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 12 years post qualification relevant industry experience, with at least three years in management position.
∎ Identification of business opportunities, developing and implementing of strategies for business expansion in line with business plan. Vast knowledge of the Bangladesh and worldwide lubricant market, and cross-state.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Experience in FMCG will have an advantage.
∎ Ability to lead and drive sales and marketing team is key. Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
