• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 22 to 27 years

• Good English & Bangla communication skills

• Must have an interest in Business,

• Finance, or Export & Import sectors of Bangladesh

• Must be able to use email, word processing software like MS Word/Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Excel/Google Sheets, and be able to do online research

• Must be able to work systematically in a high-pressure environment

• Must be able to work in a team

• Good presentation skills

• Assist in identifying and onboarding potential clients for Alibaba.com services.

• Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

• Support senior business development executives in daily sales operations.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and help track customer interactions.

• Communicate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare and deliver client presentations and service proposals as needed.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and Alibaba.com platform updates.

• Contribute to research on market trends and competitor activity.

• Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support sales efforts.
