Job Context:
∎ A group of companies, having excellent working and office environments, engaged in different projects/ business with foreign companies intends to employ in the post of Business Development Executive. Major areas of the responsibilities are:
∎ Position holder will be an individual contributor and go getter.
∎ Leading complex sales-cycles and addressing to C-level executives the value of our cyber security enterprise suite
∎ Strong organizational, communications, and presentation skills
∎ Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
∎ Ability to wear multiple hats including sales prospecting, cold emails/calls and account management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
∎ Actively approach targeted business clients
∎ Analyzing sales funnels- Understand the needs of business customers and work with team to prepare sales and marketing strategies
∎ Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
∎ Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
∎ Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act
∎ Providing support with planning and executing marketing and internal communications activities
∎ Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
∎ Communicate effectively with all clients including senior leaders, in a structured manner
∎ Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
