Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with clients for medical, travel visas.
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation for their desired destination.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Candidates should have ready to work in a target sale challenging oriented environment.
∎ Pro-active in sales & follow up.
∎ Positive attitude & seif-motivated Visit potential Travel Agency to generate leads for collecting the passport.
∎ Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness of that, and reporting the findings.
∎ Keep the company and customers up to date with any visa-related updates.
∎ Maintain individual regular field visits, arranging presentations to the customer to collect leads and conversion followed by ensured sales.
∎ Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good negotiation capability.
∎ Provide honest and authentic services to the customers & do the marketing.
∎ To give a daily/weekly/monthly report on sales and marketing and attend meetings with Management Team.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Provide all visa and travel related information to applicants Assist applicants with documentation before applying for visa or perform travel.
∎ Counsel applicants regarding visa application or travel related matter.
∎ Process visa file before applying for Visa or individual travel segment.
∎ Helping clients with travel advice & information.
∎ Providing guidance to clients on travel-related matters like visas, insurance, and health requirements.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge of Word, Excel and internet tools as well as familiarity with travel-related software applications and tools.
∎ Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries.
