Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Lead Generation (foreign market preferred).

• Experience in the homecare/healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

• Proven track record of working with U.S.-based clients.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in lead generation, CRM tools, and data visualization preferred.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Familiarity with state-level healthcare regulations is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (speaking & writing).

• Strong analytical and research skills with a keen understanding of the U.S. homecare/healthcare market.

Care Guide BD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (Homecare/Healthcare Market Focus). This role plays a key part in expanding our U.S. footprint by identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and generating high-quality leads aligned with our service goals.

Location: Dhaka (On-site - Mohakhali, Gulshan Road)

Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM (Mon-Fri) (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on the U.S. homecare/healthcare industry across targeted states, including regulatory environments, demographic needs, and service gaps.

• Identify and profile potential referral sources, partner organizations, and client segments.

• Develop and maintain a lead database segmented by state, service type, and priority level.

• Collaborate with the branding and outreach team to tailor messaging based on regional insights.

• Provide weekly reports summarizing findings, lead quality, and strategic recommendations.

• Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to inform business strategy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
