∎ Achieve the monthly eLearning revenue targets.
∎ Coordinate and manage all eLearning sessions.
∎ Recruit new trainers and schedule new sessions.
∎ Guide the graphics team to update or create promotional tools and other session materials.
∎ Run marketing campaigns to reach potential customers and convert leads into paid clients.
∎ Host and moderate training session(s).
∎ Job Description:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who has a proven track record of working in any eLearning providing platforms in Bangladesh, able to achieve the revenue targets with strong marketing and client management skills. The perfect fit for this role is someone who can take responsibility, with a growth mindset and the agility to get things done and achieve set milestones. One will need to contact session trainers, potential trainees and manage the sessions to ensure smooth functioning operations. We are not fussy about one's academic achievements or background. However, one must have prior work experience of at least 2-3 years in the eLearning sector along with excellent people skills.
