• Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Identify new corporate leads and pursue opportunities to grow business within target sectors.
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Monitor client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Support senior management in developing strategies for client retention and revenue growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and occasional site visits as required.
