Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies and set sales targets
∎ Manage sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
∎ Recruit, train, and manage employees, and develop policies and procedures to ensure optimal employee performance
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and develop partnerships and collaborations with other businesses
∎ Develop and implement business strategies that support the overall growth and success of the business
∎ Generate regular reports on sales performance, employee performance, and overall business performance, and analyze these reports to make recommendations for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the motorcycle industry will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
