Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to develop new strategies.
∎ Analyze financial data and create strategies to trim overhead costs.
∎ Recruit and train new members for the business development team.
∎ Analyze client or customer feedback to improve the business plan.
∎ Create sales proposals for new and existing clients.
∎ Meet with new stakeholders and maintain relationships with current ones.
∎ Create a budget and track expenses.
∎ Maintain positive market growth.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must know about travel agent, Visa processing and Ticketing
∎ Must driven attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
∎ Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skills,.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills.
∎ Great analytical skills and an eye for detail.
