Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find out whole building (new branch of Super Home BD) any location of Dhaka based on company requirement;
∎ Make sure landowner willing to agree to rent his building as residential not commercial;
∎ To talk with landowner & get appointment to visit full building for company COO;
∎ Make price result of residential flats for a certain areas;
∎ To manage landowner for visiting any of our branch;
∎ Managing any quarries for making price quotation of building;
∎ Price quotation hand over to building owner;
∎ Keep all landowner in touch & follow up them;
∎ Managing & maintain all formalities for the signing ceremony.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in English & have good communication skill.
∎ Pro-active, energetic and career oriented.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
