• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

• Experience in preparing presentations and leading meetings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proficiency creating prototype (Axure RP / Figma).

• Experience with data analysis using Power BI or Tableau will get extra preference.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Job Context:

 Hi-Tech & Hybrid Car Specialize WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance "ERP Implementation Executive".

The incumbent must have well experience about ERP system.

This position is responsible and accountable for an ERP system development. responsibilities include collaborating with users and developing and executing project plans. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a strategic integration roadmap aligning with the organization`s business objectives.

• Manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with business goals.

• Liaised between departments to facilitate communication and keep appropriate parties updated on ERP project development.

• Planned, created, tested and deployed system life cycle methodology to produce high quality systems to meet and exceed stakeholder’s expectations.

• Develop and Implementation ERP project plans and budgets to ensure successful execution.

• Defining Project Implementation, Customization & Monitoring the Development & Implementation Process.

• Facilitated workshops to collect Business Requirements, User stories, Analyzing Business on it and user feedbacks.

• Translating requirements into prototyping including specifications as per user satisfaction.

• Coordinated with in house cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.

• Supervised project from project start through delivery by prioritizing needs and delegating assignments.

• Conducting User Training plan, UAT, Monitoring and ensure release with release note, SOP and handover documents.

• Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project intervention through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative process.

• Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
