Job Context:
∎ Mir Group is looking for a Fresh Graduates for the Business Analyst job position with having very good educational background and high standard communication skills (Fluent in speaking & writing English), well-groomed and well disciplined.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
∎ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
∎ The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
∎ Leading ongoing reviews of business processes.
∎ Preparing day to day communications and communication plan.
∎ Research and report writing on business issues.
∎ Writing business and technical proposals.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Fresher are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality.
∎ Punctuality and time management skills
∎ Strong research and analytical skills
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation) e-mail & web browsing.
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills.
