Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze industry and market, focusing on growth, market share, profitability, recent developments, and other similar indicators to identify the competitive positioning of the rice business.
∎ Calculate product pricing and costing.
∎ Execute budget variance analysis.
∎ Analysis of line items within the P&L and B/S for generating deep insights regarding the business operations in order to improve profitability and optimize fund utilization.
∎ Prepare a product- and region-wise monthly database to evaluate each product and business performance.
∎ Analyze business trends and performance metrics using tools like Excel or BI platforms.
∎ Participate in various process development exercises to increase the operational efficiency of business by partnering with different cross-functional teams.
∎ Develop business reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights.
