Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Chartered Accountant
∎ A bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or MBA or CA
∎ A minimum of 5 years of experience as Executive assistant or Business Analyst.
∎ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
∎ A track record of following through on commitments.
∎ Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and, developing optimization strategies.
∎ Staying up-to- date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Documenting and communicating.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
∎ Serving as a liaison between CEO & Functional head.
∎ Monitoring deliverables of ensuring timely completion of projects.
