- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain management.
- Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and industry regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our chemical manufacturing operations by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and assisting in decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, providing insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes in chemical manufacturing and recommend improvements.
Collect, interpret, and present data related to production, supply chain, and sales.
Work with stakeholders to identify key performance metrics and create reports.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.
Assist in cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market demands.
Support project management efforts for operational and strategic initiatives.
