• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain management.
• Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and industry regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our chemical manufacturing operations by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and assisting in decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, providing insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes in chemical manufacturing and recommend improvements.

• Collect, interpret, and present data related to production, supply chain, and sales.

• Work with stakeholders to identify key performance metrics and create reports.

• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.

• Assist in cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market demands.

• Support project management efforts for operational and strategic initiatives.
