Advertising Ageny, Cement, Furniture Manufacturer, Packaging Industry, Paint, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the performance of assigned businesses and brands to recommend strategic actions to the management.
∎ Analyze industry and market focusing on growth, market share, profitability, recent developments and other similar indicators to identify competitive positioning of businesses.
∎ Support to prepare the feasibility of different projects and proposals from business units along with sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis & financial evaluation matrix and assist management in investment decision making.
∎ Analysis of line-items within the P&L and B/S for generating deep insights regarding the business operations in order to improve profitability and optimize fund utilization.
∎ Support to prepare relevant working capital reports and identify optimum working capital level through various optimization prospect.
∎ Support to ensure proper incorporation of budget in Monthly and YTD management accounts with appropriate Opex details and also prepare reason for budget variance for management decision making
∎ Participate in various process development exercises to increase operational efficiency of business by partnering with different cross-functional teams.
∎ Prepare product and region wise monthly database to evaluate each products and business performance.
