Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and maintain with professional attitudes.
∎ Should have sound knowledge regarding Marketing and promotional tools for retail store management.
∎ Ensuring Marketing tools availability in the outlets and appropriate information.
∎ Develop Marketing and promotional strategies and work with different vendors to implement the strategies.
∎ Should have contacts with different third parties (Like printing, magazines, billboard, sign board, photographers, graphic designer) to run promotional campaign smoothly.
∎ Should have sound knowledge regarding online activities and promotion ( Face book page maintain, conducting face book live etc.)
∎ Visit different companies, organization regular basis to establish promotional activities and offer
∎ Should have customer database and maintain it.
∎ Interaction with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction.
∎ Deal with different type of complaints and resolve with creativity.
∎ Achieve sales target and participates in sales time to time.
∎ Should work activity with product display; recommend purchase of different display materials.
∎ Capable of handling different stalls in fair, Fashion show, photo-shoot and organize product display and people to handle it successfully.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years working experience in retail specially in clothing around Uttara area will be given preference.
∎ Highly Qualified and experienced people in these areas e who matches with responsibilities and qualifications will get added advantages.
