∎ Babuland Ltd is the pioneer of the largest and fastest-growing chain of indoor playgrounds in the Children Amusement & Wellness sector of Bangladesh. Currently, we have 9 branches in Bangladesh serving over 100,000 Babulanders per month. In 2023 alone the company has 3X`ed its operations. Going forward, Babuland will 10X its operations within the next 5 years, within the borders of Bangladesh and also beyond to international territory.

∎ We are in search of a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to champion our brand. The right individual will harness their creativity, leadership, and networking skills to drive awareness and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Leadership: Direct a diverse team specializing in Digital, BTL, and B2B.
∎ Budget Management: Draft detailed annual budgets, manage allocations, and act as the budget holder to the finance department post-approval.
∎ Strategic Development: Conceive and implement brand and marketing strategies, aligning them with company objectives and sales targets.
∎ Business Development: Cultivate business partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B deals to drive revenue.
∎ Campaign Management: Assess and ensure the efficacy and ROI of each marketing campaign.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Deliver comprehensive reports on targets versus achievements and campaign ROIs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in both Bangla & English typing, PowerPoint & Excel.
∎ Result-oriented with a positive work ethic.
∎ Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Resilience and willingness to work under pressure and beyond regular hours.
Salary: Negotiable
