∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Brand Value, Consumer Behavior Understanding, Cost optimization, Customer Engagement, Social Media Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive Branding strategies to drive brand growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets across online and offline channels.
∎ Lead and manage a Branding team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive creativity, innovation, and high-quality campaign execution.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, retail, and e-commerce, to ensure alignment and integration of Branding activities across all touchpoints.
∎ Conduct Brand research and competitor analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
∎ Create and implement communication campaigns that effectively convey the brand's value proposition, positioning STEP as a premium footwear brand.
∎ Oversee the development of creative assets, including advertising materials, digital content, social media campaigns, and PR initiatives.
∎ Manage the brand's online presence, including website management, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
∎ Plan and execute offline branding initiatives, including events, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
∎ Monitor and analyze Branding performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand sentiment, and use insights to optimize future Branding efforts.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing innovations to ensure STEP remains at the forefront of Branding strategies and tactics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
