BBA/MBA from any reputed university

• Age At most 36 years

• Clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.

• Result-focused and business acumen.

• Good presentation skills.

• Excellent communication skill, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to work with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.

• Great Analytical and decision making skills to choose media, creativity to develop promotional strategies.

• Good command over MS Excel & Powerpoint.

• Analyze the present market, forecast potential market and suggest relevant ideas in terms of product, price, and promotion.

• Prepare the yearly sales budget and profit and loss statement of the assigned products and also the expected sales forecasting for the coming year.

• Prepare the monthly promotional plan as per the promotional budget and to implement and monitor the impact of the promotional activities minutely.

• Ensure continuous supply and maintain stock level of the responsible products.

• Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters.

• Visit market to monitor competitor`s activities and market situation and accordingly propose the measures to be taken and up date the Marketing Plan.
