∎ We are looking for a professional with a passion for brand management. Primarily help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. The Brand Lead role is responsible for understanding what makes our target audience tick, ensuring branch sales targets are met and developing and executing marketing campaigns that position our brand according to those motivators. These marketing campaigns will not only drive customer engagement but will further define our brand`s reputation and image within the market. The right candidate will also have an understanding of digital and content marketing and experience playing a coordinating role in connecting multiple functions & stakeholders (content development, activation team, creative agency).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Makes sales plans that drive measurable incremental branch footfall and increase sales targets.
∎ To identify new business prospects, sponsorships, and potential business deals.
∎ Preparing sales projections, developing strategies to achieve branch sales targets and motivating branch employees to optimize sales performance.
∎ Regular training or counselling of branch employees to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Planning & execution of different types of activations.
∎ Making promotional and cross-marketing deals with Banks, MNCs as well as other brand partners.
∎ Preparing marketing strategies along with Marketing Advisor and implementing those strategies.
∎ Preparing business proposals and presentations for business partners and agencies as per their requirements.
∎ Report about Monthly or Yearly target vs achievement.
∎ Calculate ROI on each marketing campaign.
∎ Oversee graphics team, media buying team and agencies.
∎ Shall report to the Marketing advisor and the Co-Founders of the company.
∎ Shall lead a team of 4-5 people.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred background in Marketing Agencies client servicing department.
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint, Excel.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work independently and desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
