∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/ Institute;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy.
∎ Be creative and produce new ideas and concepts for restaurant business.
∎ Develop annual business plan for profitable growth of restaurant business
∎ Conduct research to understand markets to identify consumer trends & needs
∎ Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand activities
∎ Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability
∎ Plan and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
∎ Must have vast knowledge in advertising and promoting the products and strengthen restaurant's brands by using Digital marketing, social networking/ platform.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Food - Manufacturing, Processing or Engineering industry with one of the market leading companies (Pran, Akij, Square or similar).
∎ Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities with excellent communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability;
