Area/ Territory Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Sales promotion
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Selected candidates have to be On-The-Go for work purpose as this is mostly a Field Based job.
∎ Required to travel across Dhaka, all over Bangladesh or even abroad to Secure Sales with New clients, Agents and Partners
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting Data and Insights to evaluate the prospect of the venture
∎ Create a step by step plan to cover each district one by one
∎ Work out the logistics required to execute the plan
∎ Create and establish the business model, pricing plans including commission and incentives for Agents
∎ Create seminar materials and content required for recruitment, training and development
∎ Create training materials for new recruits
∎ Recruit and train team members to execute the project
∎ Create milestones to measure success and execute pilot project to optimize, develop and succeed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
