Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Branch Manager to maintain sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch
∎ Sell electronic products such as refrigerator, air-conditioner, television, microwave oven, washing machine, kitchen appliances, ceiling fan, generator, emergency light etc
∎ Taka initiative to search new business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry
∎ Maintain fruitful relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements
∎ Gather proper knowledge and stay up to date with about all the products sold in the outlet
∎ Use the computer to make sales and other entries in the company ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ 1 year(s) working in the sales department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of Home Appliance Industry, Electrical & Electronics Industry, Sales & Marketing
∎ Must have a proven record in the Sales and Marketing
∎ Must have great communication skills
∎ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites and be capable/interest to use Company ERP software
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to be a future manager
∎ Strong idea about the present Electronics Market, competitors and their offerings.
∎ Have the capacity and interest to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
