∎ Business Graduates from leading universities are encouraged to start their career as a Branch Manager.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take charge of an outlet and manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular branch
∎ Branch Manager will be responsible for all the transactions (products, financial and others) of a particular shop
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to maintain the sales team
∎ Discover business opportunities by identifying target market and evaluating their position in the industry
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements
∎ Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record
∎ Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
∎ High interest or detail knowledge about home appliance or electronics products
∎ Ambition and ability to meet sales monthly and annual targets and goals
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Office and high attitude to learn Company ERP software.
Salary:
∎ Attractive Salary & Commission.
