Responsibilities & Context: Tasfia International Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and leadership-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our premium Salon and Professional Training Center. We need a professional who combines strong on-ground managerial skills with a deep understanding of online business management to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily activities of the salon and training academy to ensure premium service quality and smooth workflow.
Digital Supervision: Monitor online bookings, student inquiries, and social media leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate staff, trainers, and stylists to maintain high professional standards.
Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase footfall and student enrollments for both business wings.
Reporting: Maintain financial records, inventory, and provide performance reports to the management.
