• Requirements: Experience: 5–10 years of professional design experience (Agency or Lifestyle brand experience is a plus).
• Software Skills: Expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Creative Portfolio: Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in digital and print media.
• Mindset: Ability to work under tight deadlines and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our two core business units: our premium Salon services and our Professional Training Academy. We need someone who can translate marketing goals into high-impact visuals for both digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Design engaging social media content (ads, banners, carousels) to drive salon bookings and student enrollments.
• Offline Branding: Create high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and training modules.
• Campaign Design: Conceptualize and execute visual themes for seasonal promotions and events.
• Video Basics: Basic video editing or motion graphics for social media reels/ads (highly preferred).
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all business wings.
