Responsibilities & Context:

Core Responsibilities

* Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle high volumes of incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in Visit and Work Permit visas.

* Lead Counseling: Provide detailed information regarding visa categories, country-specific requirements, documentation processes, and service charges.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and professional guidance throughout their application journey.

* Target Achievement: Convert inquiries into successful enrollments to meet monthly and quarterly sales/service targets.

* Database Management: Accurately record all client interactions, follow-up dates, and profile statuses in the company CRM or Excel tracking sheets.

Technical & Process Duties

* Document Screening: Perform initial assessments of client profiles (education, work experience, and funds) to determine eligibility for specific work permits.

* Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule face-to-face consultations between prospective clients and senior visa consultants.

* Updates & Compliance: Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and visa policy changes for the countries your agency handles.

* Problem Solving: Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.

Daily Operations

* Follow up with "warm leads" who have previously expressed interest but haven't yet started the process.

* Send professional emails and WhatsApp messages with checklists and company brochures to interested candidates.

* Collaborate with the processing team to ensure the client is informed about their application progress.
