∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she will be responsible for overall management of the activities of a branch office;
∎ He/she will be responsible for selecting real borrower, managing loan disbursement in proper way, accumulation of different category of savings and 100% loan realization;
∎ He/she will manage the workforce of the branch as well as will give them directions for keeping them on track;
∎ He/she will ensure proper recording of information as well as documentation;
∎ He/she will conduct extensive field visit;
∎ He/she will play role in making staff appraisal of the branch office as per service rules and administrative management policy of the organization;
∎ He/she will be responsible to grant leave of the staffs of branch as per service rules;
∎ He/she will attend the monthly coordination meeting at Head Office and will present the overall picture of the branch office;
∎ He/she will be responsible to submit field visit report to Head Office;
∎ He/she will be responsible to inform Head Office about any kind of obstacle in case of activity implementation or give suggestion for the sake of smooth implementation of the activity;
∎ He/she will be responsible to mobilize resources at branch level;
∎ He/she will prepare monthly progress report in due time and submit the same to Head Office;
∎ He/she will be reportable to the Regional Manager of the organization directly;
∎ Any other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ He/she will be given a monthly salary of Tk. 20,000/- during his probation period (3 months) starting from his joining.He/she will be given two festival bonus, Boishakhi allowance, PF and gratuity as per service rules & administrative management policy of the organization.Other benefits will also be given as per organization`s service rule & administrative management policy.
