∎ At least Graduation from Business Management or a related field from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Are you a highly motivated and reliable professional with a passion for upward mobility. If so, we want you to join our team as a valued and respected branch manager. IECC is opening a new office in Sylhet, and we are looking for an experienced team player to take the reins and help us achieve success. As the branch manager overseeing all activities and operations at our Sylhet office.
∎ Manage daily operations, Maintain, manage and monitor all students related operational issues.
∎ Ensure communications between Dhaka office and Sylhet counsellors are up to date
∎ Ensure coordination between marketing, accounts and administrative departments
∎ Besides managerial duties, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and partners, as well as retaining the already existing ones
∎ Developing relationships with the Subagents, Schools and Universities and other businesses organization.
∎ Monitor expenses of the branch.
∎ Develop and communicate business strategies to the branch staff.
∎ Maintain all relevant databases and update.
∎ Prepare branch budget and submit to head office

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have Five or more years of experience in management, finance, or a relevant business role.
∎ Applicant must be a native resident of Sylhet.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
