Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (any discipline).

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 1–2 years of experience in student counselling (UK, Australia/Europe) preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Counsellor - Australia, UK & Europe (Dhanmondi, Branch)

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on higher study opportunities in Australia, UK and Europe

• Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and scholarships

• Assist with applications, admissions, and visa documentation

• Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations and university policies

• Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and record details in the CRM system

• Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events organized by IECC

Work towards achieving monthly recruitment goals

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline)

Skills Required:

• Student Counselling, Communication, Customer Service, Application and Visa Support, Microsoft Office

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in education consultancy (Australia/Europe) preferred Candidates with no experience but excellent communication and learning ability may also apply

Salary:

Tk. 20,000 – 40,000 (Monthly), based on experience and performance
