∎ MBA in Marketing and English Medium background preferable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be the front liner, the leading vocal, and the Business Developer of IECC Ltd in the education arena with a make-it-done attitude.
∎ Will be responsible for preparing inbound and outbound monthly marketing and promotional activities and taking necessary realistic initiatives to make them success
∎ Has an enormous ability to maintain a good relationship with our stakeholders and find new business opportunities out of the blue
∎ Will be responsible for monthly event plan, getting approval from senior management, and taking necessary initiatives to make the events successful
∎ Will present the company to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls/ emails, and all social media marketing channels.
∎ Maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and the stakeholder within the organization
∎ Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Meeting the monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets and maintaining strict deadlines.
∎ Oversee communication and outreach to build the IECC reputation
∎ Ensure Management is kept informed of relevant strategic issues
∎ Ensuring the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research
∎ Must have a good idea about student consultancy
∎ Ability to prioritize workload under pressure
∎ Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft package (must) and other commonly used application software
∎ Passionate, diligent, responsible, loyal, self-motivated and result-oriented
∎ Willing to travel outside the job location as per the company requirements
