Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Branch Manager of any Branch in the Barisal Zone of a reputed Bank.
Additional Requirements
- Strong networking capabilities with a well-established reputation and recognition in the Barisal Zone business community.
- Applicant preferably have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.
- The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.
- Applicant having break of service need not apply.

Job Title: Branch Manager for Barisal Zone
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to First Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target.
- Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the Management of the Bank.
- Ensuring proper compliance in every aspect of Branch operations.
- Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth of the Bank.
- Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets.
- Playing key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer`s needs; building long lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer services.
- Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.
- Leading, coaching and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations
