Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Other Subsequent Qualification - SSC & HSC total GPA point 9 (minimum) and at least one GPA point 5 in any of the examination; Bachelor Degree and Masters CGPA-3 (minimum) each of the examination.
Job Context:
∎ This position is based with Field Office of DDAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED) (an institution of Dhaka Ahsania Mission).
∎ The purposes of the job are ensuring the risk of the organization and ensuring the internal control of the Field Office of the organization and do the job effectively and efficiently. Branch Manager is mainly responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the field staffs and report to the higher authority. A branch manager is reportable to the area manager.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make annual plan for the Branch together with the Area Manager and Zonal Manager, and ensure the proper execution;
∎ Strictly maintain selection criterion of borrowers, examine loan applications, check previous records before disburse any loan;
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports using software;
∎ Coordinate with client and any other stakeholders;
∎ Conduct monthly meeting with all staffs of the branch;
∎ Ensure targets of the branch;
∎ Supervise and monitor all field activities and strictly maintain the secret and records of all documents of the branch;
∎ Budget preparation for the branch;
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted by the Supervisor;
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Computer skills on Microsoft of office applications & Micro finance software that is Micro fin 360 will be added advantage.

∎ Excellent interpersonal /self-motivational and team work skills.
Salary:
∎ Grade-7,
Starting Salary 15,910/-; after successfully completing the Probationary Period (06 months) gross salary will be at most 26,640/-.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Daily lunch allowance @75/-
∎ Attractive packages (Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, Other Fund and Insurance).
