Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ B.com / Masters in any discipline from any reputed university/ MBA
∎ English Medium background is highly preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual marketing & sales target for the organization
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Prepare new product selling plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management
∎ Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines ensuring impactful and appropriate brand presentation at point of sale.
∎ Maintain professional manners to build long term relationships with key contacts at target customers
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlight: Plan vs Achieved Sales, Reasons for shortfall etc.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity (marketing and sales)
∎ Prepare monthly training plan to know the latest product information
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction based on company's strategy
∎ Prepare different types report as required
∎ Prepare reports for supervisor regarding sales and clients related issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 5 year(s) of direct MANAGERIAL experience in Retail environment (Chain shop/Retail Store/ Super store)
∎ Working Aarong, Stylesell, Anjons, Le reve, Manyavar, Sailor, Noir, Yellow, Deshal, Dressy dale, Artisan, Legacy, Athenas are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing/Customer Care

∎ Possess good sales techniques and negotiation skills.
∎ Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals.
∎ Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
∎ Present one-self in an appropriate manner i.e. dress code and personal hygiene.
∎ Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
∎ Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others' tone quite quickly
∎ Communication Skills:
∎ You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have. Strong oral and written communication skill in English - Must be able to provide service to foreigners
∎ You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
