Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, CSE, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE, CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct all operational aspects of branch service operations, customer service, human resources administration and service sales activities.
∎ Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective service business opportunities.
∎ Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plan to expand area-based service business inclusive business initiatives.
∎ Meet goals and Service metrics.
∎ Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, ensuring the in-warranty and post-warranty task management in timely manners, service reporting, service tracking, Spare parts inventory monitoring, generate spare parts requirements for service delivery, Spare parts purchasing and monitoring tasks are carried out efficiently.
∎ Managing finances, billing activities with collections, Profit & Loss analysis and budgets.
∎ Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining files & keeping records of all necessary documents.
∎ Maintaining proactive communication with customers, collect and assessing customer feedback and using own creativity to improve services.
∎ Building good relation with company personnel and liaising with team to determine the company's services, Service delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
∎ Good computer skills and the ability to use business support ERP software.
∎ Good resource planning skills and hands on IT service experience would be valuable.
∎ Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
∎ Strong teamwork skills, flexible to work extended hour, weekend as when needed.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
