Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a results-driven Branch Coordinator to ensure the day-to-day operations of a branch & office tasks are completed on time. These responsibilities include developing business plans and attaining sales goals, delivering great customer care, and growing revenue through increased lending activity.

  • Executing all day-to-day operations and business processes Developing and implementing sales plan
  • Conducting regular admission and operations meetings
  • Developing strategies to ensure that admission target is achieved set by the Mgt.
  • Briefing branch employees on current admission goals, promotions, and other relevant information
  • Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch Interacting with students on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback Resolving the student problems as needed
  • Managing branch which includes but not limited to overseeing office equipment, managing classes, contacting faculties, communicating with students Planning and coordinating branch training programs, workshops, seminars and other events inside and outside
  • Working closely with business development & digital marketing dept. to achieve desired sales and brand outcome
  • Collaborating with the head office regarding admission plan, advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives, Liaising with head office to share strategies
  • Preparing various reports based on data including monthly, quarterly admission reports, annual projections etc. and submit to COO Performing other related duties as assigned
