Job Context

To make sure nobody is acting aggressively or destructively, and protects property and equipment from damage. If a person is acting in a dangerous or unseemly manner, the bouncer’s job is to warn that person and, if needed, eject them from the venue.

Job Responsibilities

  • The bouncer will be responsible to protect guests, employees and property by maintaining a safe and secure environment at all time.

  • Work primarily outside/inside of the door of Bar.

  • Monitor every guest going inside.

  • Monitor the crowd behavior and also see if the inside of the establishment is already overcrowded or not & also stop any disturbances and trouble.

  • Monitor patron behavior and level of intoxication.

  • Enforce Bar rules often with early warning.

  • Removes an obnoxious and offensive person.

  • Maintain a list of banned persons.

  • Ensure proper access control as per the requirements of the policy.

  • Always professional when asking patrons to leave.

  • Performs other duties required to provide the service brand and genuine hospitality.

  • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service

  • Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.

  • Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.

  • Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction.

  • Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality

  • Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

  • Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of this position.

  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.

  • At all times, projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public.
