- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
B.Sc. in EEE/Mechatronics/Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
Relevant technical training in medical equipment will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant experience in medical equipment servicing.
Practical experience with robotic surgical systems and/or medical equipment will be highly preferred.
Candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant training may also be considered.
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.ü Good understanding of Robotics/electronic/electrical systems.
Ability to understand technical manuals and service documentation.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field service.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Must have a good grasp of the English language.
Responsibilities & Context:
Installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Biomedical machines and/or Robotic Surgery System.
Conduct regular inspection, servicing, calibration and performance testing of equipment.
Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical and system-related technical issues.
Provide on-site technical support at hospitals both private and Government.
Ensure timely response to service calls and minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain service reports, equipment history, preventive maintenance records and spare-parts requirements.
Coordinate with international principals/manufacturers for technical support and complex troubleshooting.
Provide necessary technical guidance to customers and hospital technical/biomedical teams.
Travel to customer sites across all over Bangladesh as required.
