Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• B.Sc. in EEE, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or relevant engineering discipline.

• Relevant technical training in ophthalmic/medical equipment will be an additional advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ophthalmic, biomedical or medical equipment servicing.

• Experience with ophthalmic diagnostic and/or surgical equipment will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant training may also be considered.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of electronic, electrical, optical systems.

• Ability to understand technical manuals and service documentation.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field service.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance Inspection, troubleshooting, Quality

• Control and equipment demonstration of ophthalmic medical equipment.

• Provide technical support for ophthalmology equipment including diagnostic, surgical devices and Vision Centre.

• Conduct regular inspection, servicing, calibration and performance testing of equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, optical, mechanical and software-related technical issues.

• Ability to attend and technical support in Operation Theatre.

• Should have interest to work in both Private, Government hospital/organization

• Provide timely, on-site service support to hospitals, clinics and eye-care centers physically and remote support.

• Maintain service reports, equipment history, preventive maintenance schedules and spare-parts records.

• Coordinate with international principals/manufacturers for technical support and troubleshooting.

• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.

• Travel to customer sites across Bangladesh as required.

• Should have ability to troubleshoot with the help of Operational/Service Manual.

• Capacity to travel inside Dhaka City and all over Bangladesh.
