Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Offer technical support for medical equipment, addressing customer queries and concerns.
∎ Installation, testing, and commissioning of medical machinery (mainly IVD devices).
∎ Identify potential clients and target markets for medical equipment sales.
∎ Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to reach prospective customers.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective promotional materials.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ Provide after-sales service, maintenance, and repair for installed equipment.
∎ Regularly track sales progress against set targets.
∎ Monitor the number of successful installations, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
∎ Keep records of customer feedback.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, service, and training activities.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to supervisors, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
∎ Miscellaneous office works as per instruction from management.
