• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE/Applied Physics, from any Reputed Public Or Private University.

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication skill in English.

• Good inter-personal.

• Critical diagnosis capacity especially in Radiotherapy, Radiology an nuclear medicine.

• Having ability to build relationship with customer.

• Having ability to work in a team Environment.

• Having tour ability at any district in Bangladesh where and when necessary.

• Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Service Bio-Medical equipment`s, Specially (Radiology/Radiotherapy/Nuclear Medicine etc.).

• Clear knowledge about our products & services.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Meet the deadline of service demand of customer.

• Delegate and direct service tasks.

• Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.

• Work as a team and provide frequent progressive reports in order to improve efficiency.

• Stay up to date on Manufacturer standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.

• Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.

• Service/Installation & Maintenance work by communicating with manufacture.

• Report to supervisor for operational achievements and progress on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.

• Follow and abide by all Company standard, regulations, and laws. Any other task assign by Management.
