Experience:

• 3 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electric Engineering/Bio Medical Engineering, from any Reputed Public Or Private University.

• 3 to 6 years

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication skill in English.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment.

• Having ability to build relationship with customer.

• Having ability to work in a team.

• Having ability of tour where and when necessary.

• 24-hour emergency service support.

• Working with 25 category ophthalmology equipment’s approximate of 12 principals .

• Live OT attend with the different type’s machine for more customer satisfaction.

• Perform the training session for the user after completing the installation as well perform in house training for knowledge sharing with junior.

• Perform Doctor Visit & Combined work with sales department for better sales.

• Support customers and also over phone support to User and Technician.

• Install and Commission Electro-Medical Equipment`s of Ophthalmic Machine, ECG Machine, Electrical Patient Bed, OT Table Etc.

• Install and Commission of Ophthalmic & Optical Industrial Equipment.

• Corresponding to manufacture for troubleshooting Maintain and service Ophthalmic equipment`s and associated local purchase.

• E-mail Communication to manufacture for spare parts and maintenance purpose.

• Support to Commercial Department for local purchase, Goods delivery of loading unload when necessary.

• Attend the Negotiation meeting with customer when required.

• QC of ophthalmic equipment’s.

• Attend Ophthalmology equipment’s survey when needed.

• Special service support of all ophthalmic equipment.

• Attend electro-medical equipment survey when needed.

• Work with foreign Engineer when they visit in Bangladesh.

• Provide support and co-operation to colleagues and Sales Team when needed.

• Make Demonstration and setup the equipment`s before any conference.

• T/A,Mobile bill,Tour allowance,Medical allowance,Provident fund

• Additional Weekly Leave: One Saturday in a month.
