∎ Willing to travel extensively within the RDRS operational area and beyond;
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is going to implement Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System in Rangpur, Bangladesh Project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat Disrict supported by Save The Children International (SCI).Casual BCC Presenter for outreach screening is to organize community-based outreach audio-video shows to promote healthy behaviors on maternal, neonatal, health, family planning (FP), services and adoption of healthy behaviors and to conduct interactive sessions with the audiences to provide information on key health behaviors, services, and products. Arrange community-based outreach screening of government E-toolkit link products as per given schedule at upazila and union level area in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat district. Conduct interactive sessions with the audiences to provide information on key health behaviors, services, and products. Maintain coordination with the respective area's CBOS, NGOs, UP members and MOHFW outreach workers/upazila managers. Connect with the respective area's collaborative partners, CBOs, NGOs and MOHFW upazila level managers and their outreach workers/supervisors. Attached documents contain estimated location and time of events it may change. If any change supervisor will inform before changes. BCC presenter needs to develop and maintain an event calendar based on said suggestion for next month. The presenter will mobilize the community to gather audiences in coordination with the respective area's CBOs, NGOs and MOHFW upazila level managers and their outreach workers/supervisors. Expected places for the outreach screening/video shows will be the common gathering places of the community, local ward members house courtyards, local /gatekeepers' courtyards etc. Expected audiences are ELCO, PW, lactating women, husbands' of PW & lactating women, parents of adolescents, adolescents and young adults (un-married men & women), elderly people (men & women); health workers from the local community. Presenter needs to conduct video sessions in (as per given schedule) in different upazilas/places.
