Educational Requirements:
∎ The prospective applicant should have a minimum HSC as equivalent certification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials.
∎ Take food or drink orders from customers.
∎ Prepare food and beverage orders, such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
∎ Clean assigned work areas, tables, or serving counters.
∎ Replenish and stock service stations, cabinets, and tables.
∎ Pack and deliver items for takeout.
∎ Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Hands on experience in coffees is preferred in related area of work, i.e, brewing perfect coffee. Additional experience in the area of point of sales, customer service on the floor are advantageous. However, applicants with no previous experience may also apply as they will undergo a custom made training scheme of the company.
∎ Active Listening: Giving full attention to the guests & their requirements.
∎ Service Orientation: Actively looking for ways to assist guests, team members.
∎ Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
∎ Team playing: Being able to work in service demanding environment as part of a larger team.
