∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet each customer, confirm support at the table and greet again at the time of departure.
∎ Presenting the menu and providing detailed information.
∎ The table should always be prepared before the customer arrives.
∎ Supervise the front staff in detail about the order.
∎ Should do the briefing to the team everyday.
∎ Following a certain etiquette to serve with excellence.
∎ To receive more education and to receive training regularly to increase skills.
∎ Follow the cafe compliance to maintain hygiene in the services.
∎ Providing excellent customer service to guests.
∎ Prepare the inventory.
∎ Have to meet the sell target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good communication & computer skills.
∎ Have to work Under Pressure.
∎ Have to be Honest & Polite.
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
