Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all bar areas and bar refrigerator are always clean and tidy
∎ Ensure all bar beverages are well stock before business operation start; if not, report to the manager on duty
∎ Ensure bar counter are clean and re-set according to pre-determined standards
∎ Have full knowledge of all menus being offered in the restaurant.
∎ To be able to make menu suggestions to customers
∎ Deliver food and beverages according to sequence of order
∎ Ensure all utensils, glasses, chinaware and flatware are always clean
∎ Ensure table are clean and re-set according to pre-determined standards
∎ Always keep work stations clear, clean and tidy
∎ Ensure mise-en-place is always done according to service training
∎ Ensure full co-operation with all other service colleagues and departments
∎ Be aware of performing salesmanship at all times to help increase revenues
∎ Perform any other duties as required by the manager or supervisor from time to time

Salary: Negotiable
